The way you write Jane always makes me want to bundle him off somewhere to keep him safe, but at the same time draws attention to his very real strengths (this bit: “I’m alive. A little bit mad, but what else is new? I’m fine.").
Your Red John is exceedingly creepy and obsessed, and the comparison between his madness and Grace's unwavering faith and Lisbon's strength was breathtaking. I have never ever thought about shipping Jane/Grace (or Jane/Grace/Lisbon), but this story makes me see how well they would fit together.
I also really liked Jane's heartrending reflections on his wedding ring as his personal reminder that anyone close to him would be in danger, and the way Grace (very effectively) drew Red John's attention away from Jane and kept it. It was all extremely well crafted and in character. So well done!
