Currently it's in an anthology called Dark and Stormy Knights, which is a collection of stories with the "bad guys" set as the protagonist. I haven't got round to reading any of the other stories, but IMO, Even Hand is worth the price of admission :-D

Argh, the pains of getting jossed! I'd desperately love more canon on Marcone's history (and his real naaaaaaame), though I think we're unlikely to get it.
